"If you're a follower of the Ravens, you have to be pleased with a couple of things you saw Sunday: 1. Joe Flacco taking vertical shots downfield, even without Lee Evans; and 2. Closing the door in the fourth quarter, something the Steelers had trouble doing vs. the Jaguars and the Cowboys haven't been able to do two games in a row."

Who's Playing, Who's Not vs. the Texans

Despite the time off that the bye week provided for our injured Ravens, fans will have to continue to wait for the return of a few of our key players. Unfortunately, we won't be seeing the return of Lee Evans, Jimmy Smith, Chris Carr or Tom Zbikowski. However, there is the potential that we will be seeing Haruki Nakamura, Dannell Ellerbe and David Reed return to the field as they are each listed as probable.

The Texans aren't without their fair share of injuries either and will be forced to play without Pro Bowler Andre Johnson, James Casey and Mario Williams. Matt Schaub, Arian Foster and DeMeco Ryans are all listed as probable.

"That was one ugly football game Sunday night. If you're a Ravens fan, you must love the occasional shot downfield to Torrey Smith. It opens things up for everyone else, although Joe Flacco continues to be consistently inconsistent. More important than the quarterback position, at least this week, was the solid performance by the Ravens' corners a position that has been a weak spot."

"Baltimore's defense (three TDs) scored more points than 12 NFL teams in Week 4."
