Grinding game against Steelers wears Ravens' defense down

"[ The usually stout Ravens defense finally broke down.

A unit that has long prided itself on keeping opponents out of the end zone surrendered two touchdowns and a field goal in the disastrous third quarter during which the Pittsburgh Steelersscored 17 consecutive points en route to a 31-24 victory in Saturday's AFC Divisional playoff game at Heinz Field.

The defense, which had finished the regular season ranked third in the league in fewest points allowed (16.9 per game), didn't get much help from an offense that committed three turnovers inside Ravens territory. ]"
