Joe Flacco Included in ESPN's Top 10 QB's

ESPN released a list Tuesday of the top ten quarterbacks in the NFL. Joe Flacco split the 10th place spot with Dallas Cowboy's QB Tony Romo.

ESPN's James Walker speculates whether or not Flacco deserves to be named among the most elite in the league. Check it out!
