Flacco is "going to continue to grow as a leader"

According to offensive coordinator Cam Cameron, Joe Flacco is still growing into his position as team leader. Flacco isn't generally known for his ability to get the team fired up and is often overshadowed by louder leaders like Ray Lewis and more recently Anquan Boldin. Cameron believes that the ability to take charge and exert leadership is something that is traditionally seen in the behavior of veteran players. I think that Flacco definitely has the potential to be a real leader he just seems flat personality wise. I am only going off of interviews I've seen but he could use a little more enthusiasm. As he grows into the role of a veteran player on the team I'm sure his confidence will grow as well and he will be able to take some cues from players like Ray Lewis in terms of getting the team stoked!
