Taylor's Top 10 Positive Take-away's From Today's Game

A win is a win. I have said it in many of my own posts on here and I think it is appropriate to reiterate it again after today’s game. At the end of the day we need to step back and look at the outcome of today’s game as our third consecutive trip to the playoffs. We are lucky enough to live in a city that has a team with a record to be proud of and even though the win was a messy one, it counts all the same.

Being the fan that I am, here are my top 10 positive take-away's from today's game:
1. The Ravens are going into the playoffs on a winning streak.
2. The Ravens are playing Sunday rather than Saturday and they will travel to Kansas City, dodging the Colts.
3. The Ravens broke the Bengals' three game winning streak in the series.
4. Billy Cundiff added two touchbacks to finish with 40 for the season. With this, Cundiff tied the NFL record for touchbacks in a single season.
5. The Ravens forced five turnovers.
6. Ed Reed had two interceptions and leads the NFL even though he missed the first six games of the season!
7. Ray Lewis recovered two fumbles and led the defense in tackles.
8. Ray Rice had a fumble free season.
9. Todd Heap returned to action.
10. Derrick Mason became the third player in NFL history with 11 straight seasons with 60 or more receptions.

It is a great accomplishment to finish 12-4, on to Kansas City and the playoffs!
